We have tried many different recipes using protein powder. It can be tricky. However this simple and easy recipe is great and healthy. These are by far the best protein pancakes we have ever had!
1/4 cup of vanilla whey protein powder 1 large banana 1/2 cup of milk (I used almond) 1/4 cup of gluten-free oats 2 tbsp of coconut flour
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then pour the mixture into a pan. once the bottom of the pancake is brown its good to flip. Serve, eat and enjoy!
