I'm almost always dreaming about Pizza Hut or a McDonalds burger with fries, Krispy Kremes or sugary desserts. Which makes eating clean all the more difficult. So instead of indulging in those very unhealthy cravings, try looking for healthy alternatives. Like this amazingly delicious Pizza, its easy to make and diet friendly!

Artichoke Protein Pizza with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mushroom & Onion

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked Artichokes
1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup pea protein
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons millet flakes
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Blend everything and bake or fry in pan, add sun-dried tomatoes, sauce, onions and mushrooms.
